Mr. Kamshad is a Partner at Massif Partners and Portfolio Manager at Massif Global Financial Services. Prior to joining Massif Partners, Mr. Kamshad was the financial services portfolio manager at Omega Advisors. Before Omega, Mr. Kamshad was the head of the financial services team at Pequot Capital Management and the portfolio manager of the Pequot financial services funds. Previously he held portfolio management positions at Amaranth Advisors and Trident Investment Management. Mr. Kamshad started his investment career as a research analyst covering Asian and European markets at Warburg Pincus, Pictet Asset Management and HSBC Asset Management.
Mr. Kamshad received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School.
Colm T. McDermott

Mr. McDermott is a Managing Director in the Client Advisory Group at Massif Partners. Prior to joining Massif, Mr. McDermott was an Executive Director at FrontPoint Partners LLC from 2007 to 2010, where Mr. McDermott was responsible for capital raising for many of the single strategies at FrontPoint, and had responsibility for the Endowment and Foundation channel at FrontPoint. Previously, Mr. McDermott was a Vice President at Wood Mackenzie, an independent research company focused on the Oil and Gas sector, where he helped start their New York office in 2006. Prior to Wood Mackenzie, Mr. McDermott was an Equtity Analyst and Head of Business Development at John S. Herold from 2002-2006. Prior to Herold, Mr. McDermott was Director of Investor Relations at Tosco Corporation, an independent oil refining company from 1997 to 2001.
Mr. McDermott received a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Siena College and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.
